- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Returned within 1 day of delivery
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear
- Items purchased during promotional sales or bundled offers (unless defective)
- Customised or demo units provided for testing or events
3. Return Process

- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- EMI or third-party payment gateway refunds may take additional time as per their policies.
