1.  Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for purchases made directly through www.senaindia.com
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unused and in its original packaging
    • Returned within 1 day of delivery
    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)

2.  Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or bundled offers (unless defective)
  • Customised or demo units provided for testing or events

3.  Return Process

  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4.  Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • EMI or third-party payment gateway refunds may take additional time as per their policies.

5.  Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description.
  • We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund based on product availability and your preference.
