At Sena India, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all customers.

1.  Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team at  MOTOSPORTS.SENA @GMAIL.COM or via your account dashboard.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our refund policy.

2.  Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is cancelled before dispatch, we will cut the transaction GST fee amount, refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

3.  Cancellation Exceptions

  • Customised products, demo units, or items purchased during promotional campaigns may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • Sena India reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
